Don’t Let That Pain in the Neck Get You Down

Whether you work in front of a computer, over a hot stove, or in front of a workbench, youíll probably develop neck pain. "Everyone at some point will experience it," says Russell DeMicco, DO, with Cleveland Clinicís Center for Spine Health. "Itís just a matter of whether the pain is debilitating or severe enough to warrant a visit to the doctor." Fortunately, most neck-pain sufferers can get by without the need for surgery.
