Postmenopausal women who eat at least one serving of yogurt a day appear to have higher bone density than women who never consume yogurt, according to a study. Physical therapy is a standard treatment for back pain. It has been shown to reduce pain and improve function. Millions of Americans with back pain take opioid drugs for pain relief, but a study found that they may not work as well as expected, and there is a high rate of side effects. More than half of adults in the United States (54.5 percent) report having musculoskeletal pain (including back pain, sciatica, neck pain, joint pain and arthritis), according to a study.
