Get Fit While You Sit

A household chair can be one of your most effective exercise companions.

Just because youíre sitting down doesnít mean you still canít get in a good workout. Whether you have a balance problem, need to give a sore hip, ankle, or knee a rest, or are confined to a chair at work, home, or on an airplane, there are plenty of simple exercises you can do to improve your flexibility and muscle strength.
