5 Pre-Swing Golf Stretches to Get You Up to Par

Place your right hand on your left shoulder. Next, place your left hand on your right elbow. Try to push on your elbow and force your right hand down your back. Stretch as far as is comfortable, then repeat in the opposite direction. Hold the position for 5-10 seconds and repeat the stretch three to five times.
