Arthritis Myths: True Or False?

With more than 40 million Americans having some form of arthritis, itís no surprise that the newspapers and airwaves are continually awash with treatment claims. But sorting through the hype, the hope, and the half-truths is a daunting task. We asked Susan Joy, M.D., an orthopedic surgeon and director of womenís sports health at Cleveland Clinic, to help us navigate through some of these shifting statements.
