Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) are commonly-used medications. Even though they are easily obtained without a prescription in the forms of ibuprofen (Motrin, Advil), naproxen (Aleve) and aspirin, their pain-controlling benefits come with some risks.
