Sometimes it tastes too good. “From a dietitian perspective, cheese is the hardest thing for me to get people to stop eating,” says Cleveland Clinic dietitian Julia Zumpano, RD. “I see people eating a lot of cheese while their cholesterol and blood pressure are rising.” You can maximize the benefits of dairy products while minimizing the downsides.
