Q
I am an 80-year-old female and consider myself active but with restrictions due to pain. I have been diagnosed with multiple spine conditions. I have tried steroid injections, acupuncture and physical therapy. I have been doing daily stretches, shoulder massage, and warm showers, and I stay active in my garden, even though that sometimes makes the pain more severe. I still have pain on my upper back when lying down and butt pain when sitting down longer than 20 minutes. What else can I do?
