Remedies for Tennis Elbow

For tennis elbow, a common condition that affects many non-tennis players, the earlier its treated the better.

Sharp, stabbing pain on the outside of the elbow that doesnt go away may be a sign that you have whats commonly called tennis elbow. Cleveland Clinic sports medicine physician Jason Genin, DO, sees many patients for this condition, the medical term for which is lateral epicondylitis. Most do not play tennis.
