Biceps Tendon Trouble

Tendons at the shoulder and elbow can develop tendinitis or tears.


If repeated games of tennis or pickleball leave you with nagging pain in the front of your shoulder, you may have an injury to one of the tendons that attach the biceps muscle to bone.
