Range of motion refers to the normal amount your joints can move. Daily activities, such as housework or climbing stairs, wont move your joints through their full range of motion. Youll need exercises like those we show here to reduce stiffness and maintain joint flexibility. Do each exercise three to 10 times for about 15 minutes every day, increasing repetitions gradually.
