Movement is the best medicine, but don't overdo it.


Your knees are achy and swollen from osteoarthritis, and you’ve been told the best thing you can do is exercise. But you may worry that exercising will make the pain worse. Research has clearly shown that physical activity is, in fact, an effective strategy for managing osteoarthritis. The key is to find the right balance.
