Rebalance to Relieve Low Back Pain

An imbalance at the sacroiliac joint is a common source of low back pain.

Just below the column of the spine, theres a triangular bone called the sacrum, which connects to the pelvic bones (the iliac or innominate bones) at joints called sacroiliac joints. Pain in these joints can have mechanical or inflammatory causes.
