Ask the Doctors: Long COVID; Lowering Salt

Q: I had COVID-19 four months ago. I felt awful for about a week, and then I gradually got better. But I haven’t gotten over a constant state of fatigue. I still have a cough, and a few weeks ago I started having joint pain. It has become debilitating. My doctor can’t find anything wrong with me. I understand you can have long COVID. Is there anything to do for this?
