How to fit short workouts into your daily routine


Many people find it difficult to reach the recommended weekly 150 minutes of moderate-intensity or 75 minutes of high-intensity aerobic activity (cardio), which is activity that gets you breathing harder and your heart beating faster. Examples are brisk walking and bicycling.
